New participant of start-up session for innovative projects

We continue to acquaint you with start-up session participants for innovative projects in agriculture, which will be held within Smart Farming World Summit Russia. Each startup will be able to make a project presentation and answer jury questions. At the end of the session, the jury will give its expert assessment of the projects and determine the most interesting and perspective.

Winning projects teams will have an opportunity to attend an additional training and to get investments for their start-ups' development.

Project "Non-volatile intellectual modular system of differentiated irrigation"

This project solves the problem of inefficient use of water in crop irrigation, as well as tasks of differentiated, targeted and pointed water supply and mineral fertilizers, both for an individual plant and for a group of plants. A hardware-software complex was developed for this purpose based on IT and GIS
technologies, having backward communication with the field and controlled by an interactive digital watering map. The technology allows differentiated water supply and mineral fertilizers, both in terms of area and time, in a necessary and sufficient volume, whilst not allowing excess or lowering of soil moisture in the root layer. This allows to increase yield and to reduce energy consumption, using both existing irrigation systems and newly constructed ones.
